Comments Thread For: Nacho: Pacquiao Should Think Twice Before Crawford, Loma

Hall of Fame trainer Nacho Beristain has a lot of respect for eight division world champion Manny Pacquiao, which is why the veteran coach would like to see the Filipino star to rethink his future before going forward with a contest against Vasiliy Lomachenko or Terence Crawford.

Honestly Pacquiao could fight Garcia(Mikey or Danny) varges, broner, probably any 140lber and even Thurman on his first fight back. There’s absolutely no reason why he should fight the top welters, can’t really agree about lomo though probably can go either way but I could see Pacquiao winning.

What Nacho was not thinking Manny is back and can beat the best after beating the great Lucas Matthysse like beating a bag ,,,,,,

Going to upset the baby fan base Nacho, they think the win was huge and the beast is back they going to like what youre saying.

        Why is everyone so concerned?
It's not our life if Manny wants this then let him eat. Live your life to the fullest how you want to.

How long has he been fighting in the WW division ?

When was the last time he had a Jnr WW fight ?

What weight did Crawford come from ?

Stop protecting Manny he wants to hold these 147 titles well stop avoiding the top guys at the division weight, or really go to 140 or less like he said he was going to after Algerie whom was supposed to be a test for 140.

The little guy NEVER goes down to the little guys why is that , why does he want to bring them up or pull the top WWs down.

He crys about how small he is but sits on the fence manipulating every one weight that's a few pound either side, you mention a guy Manny you should go to his weight.

Concerned ? the only true concern are his fans who are very gullible.

I agree with Nacho when he said let Arum put Crawford in there with Lomachenko let them fight lol

Loma wont even fight a washed up Manny at 140, what makes you think he will go to 145 catchweight to fight Crawford

This is Loma getting caught. I can easily see Pacquiao doing the same with his straight left. It's only Spence and Crawford he shouldn't fight at this late stage of his career, and yes he should already retire.

Nacho raises some obvious points. However, while we can all see that Manny isn't the same I wouldn't count him out against Crawford or Lomachenko. Terrance was rocked by tiny Gamboa and doesn't have an A list name on his resume. Lomachenko is great, but smaller and has already been beaten. Not saying I wouldn't favor them against an old Manny, but he has a shot.

Only thing I would be worried about is shady Arum ***ing Manny on the cards like he has in the past.
