This should be an easy win for Pascal; however, whenever I rewatch Ali vs Alzado, I'm reminded of just how wrong things can go. Watch the entire Ali vs Alzado bout, and see if you agree.

... I don't know at which weight class they would fight...
Steve Bossé made his boxing debut at the HW... now they look like CW...

Unless he is doing it for the money, Pascal should stick to his retirement plan. He had a pretty damn good career and fighting this guy is a huge step down and a total waste 9f time.

Ali vs Alzado was an exhibition. Sure, Alzado landed a few shots harder than he was supposed to, but Ali reminded him who he was in there with by popping him back, hard. I think the Pascal vs Bosse fight may be a little more serious, with Jean dominating.

Yes, it was called an exhibition; however, as soon as Lyle realized that Ali could not hurt him (after the first minute of round one more or less), he got tough with Ali, and Ali was too out of shape, old, weak, or whatever to lay the law down to Lyle, and you need not go any further than the first two rounds to see it (just watch how round two goes - especially the end of it). Just as Ali was overmatched and embarrassed in his exhibition with Inoki, he was overmatched in this exhibition with Alzado, and it was was terribly embarrassing to objective boxing fans.

It is a "custom made" CW: at friday's weigh-in, both fighters must be within 12lbs of each other. It's been rumored that Pascal will come in at around 188lbs and Bossé will be around 200lbs on friday.

I must admit, Pascal is my favorite hometown fighter but I don't like this circus act of a fight.

                    If you speak french:
