In no way was it a choke. All the credit goes to Marquez for getting back into the fight. It actually does marquez a disservice to call it a choke.

that fight was done and dusted..... Manny had it in the bag, it was over

while the carnage was taking place, the commentators were saying they did not think Marquez would make it past the first round

**** Roach, after the Horn fight he complained to the media about Pac not paying him for that fight. He could have talked directly to the great man himself rather than air dirty laundry so pettily. He won trainer of the year multiple times off of Pacquaio fighting and destroying beasts in the ring. If Roach had shown his cash cow just a smidgeon more respect I doubt Pac would have ditched him.

That doesn't mean it was a choke. Did Manny go into his shell or stop punching or retreat for the rest of the fight? No. He still went balls to the wall.
