That overland left by Taylor is the sort shot that gets you off
your seat. He will lay people out with that even at this level. I really thought he was gonna knock Postol out cold in the last few rounds.

Postol was great there. Those cards discredit all his hard work.
Totally agree..... I'm a Scot and had Talor winning by 2 rounds.... but it was close....

F**K... what a high quality fight though.... a 12 fight novice giving Postol his hardest fight

Utterly disgusting scorecards. Fighters need to stop going overseas to fight when they know they need a knockout to win. These piece of crap judges are what makes boxing worthless. I dont think you need to be a boxing judge if you never laced up gloves.

Such a shame about those cards. Takes away from a brilliant fight and a deserved win for Taylor:

Wasn’t like Foty or anything but a bit of everything. Good tactical skills, punches landing, ebbs and flows, and both guys were hurt.

Taylor might be bit off the top dogs right now but judging by his matchmaking so far we are gunna find out one way or the other soon enough.

        War Taylor

I lost ££ on the fight, but Taylor deserved it. Score cards were wide, but the right man won. Bittersweet

Josh Taylor's right pupil was massively dilated in the post-fight interview, hope his eye is ok.

Really excellent fight. High pace, great ref, great skill and commitment from both guys.
The outcome was deserved I felt, though obviously, the scorecards were wayward, and it was lucky for Taylor that he managed to score the knockdown or it could have gotten away from him. He seemed slightly rattled at times between rounds talking to his trainer. In the end, he finished with great determination and showed he deserves a title shot.

That's Scotland's fault. It reinforces how corrupt boxing is over there. They pulled this same **** with Beltran vs Burns. In Burns vs Indongo one judge had it 116-112 in a fight where Burns did absolutely nothing.

Hometown edge, 2 or 3 points out the gate. Thats to be expected, but I don't see the second coming. That was harder than it should have been.

so you named one fight that was an actual robbery and that was ...5 years ago? That was an eddie hearn show, nothing to do with scotland, please stop making it out like theres a robbery every time theres a fight in Scotland because there isnt.

In germany, england (mostly hearn shows) and the USA there are robberies, practically week in week out.

The American Judge Barbosa gave it to Taylor by 7 rounds though, In the Flanagan vs Hooker fight a couple of weeks ago the American Judge gave the fight by 6 rounds to Flanagan, but the British Judge gave it by 6 rounds to Hooker, yet the British Judges are corrupt?

You had Postal winning? No you didn't, you just want to say that to try and claim there was some kind of robbery to piss on British fighters.

I had it 6-3-3 for Taylor. Throw in the 10/8 round and you have a pretty clear win for Taylor.

Judges in the UK get it right most of the time. The US is where it's corrupt to high heaven. But you already knew that which is why you're trying to make out we're as corrupt as you are. Try and hide your bitterness next time, don't make it so obvious.
