Mayweather-McGregor and Canelo-GGG I were less than a month apart. And it didn’t seem to hurt either event. These goofy talking sum b1tches really confuse me. On one hand, AJ is this mega star that Wilder should bow down to, yada, yada. Then they say he isn’t a big enough star to host the event within the same month as a the Canelo-GGG rematch. Really confusing stuff.

I was okay a time ago with this fight not happening next, but, with the amount of excuses Hearn throws and how ready to eat all his bull**** his fans are, I can see him being very comfortable to stall it forever

          Let me add this:
Two fights in different countries for different publics that will not dispute PPV market.
          This is just weak

The Portugal-Spain one was especially good. It's beautiful how the less traditional teams are playing so well. Most of the big ones came weaker than waited though. Who do you take to win it?

Floyd/Pac numbers are another level, but it's triple if not more of any other box office they'll get fighting someone else. The whole $50m thing was never going to happen, Hearn isn't going to hand over the Crown ***els that easy and I doubt AJ would accept losing that much control either. From the moment AJ said 'give me $50m and I'll sign, he'd have wished he said $100m. Because theres no way he'll fight under someone else's banner, he's way too much of a control freak.

Until proven otherwise I suspect it's NOT true just because it would have been cited thousands of times on these boards by Wilder fans ... and this is the first I've ever heard of it.
Sorry I don't get on here as much as I should to reply. I'll give you quotes and a link. It was last fall I believe on Twitter.

Joshua said on Monday that a clash with the American is inevitable after Wilder had claimed via a video on Twitter that Joshua was not physically, mentally or emotionally ready for the challenge.

I'm sure there are more links. I first heard about it on an interview with Joshua on youtube.

Here is the old boxing scene link where Wilder mentions it, and also the possibility that AJ is afraid of the WBC's mandatory random testing protocol.

Here is another youtube link where they talked about it.
