Comments Thread For: Loeffler: Canelo-GGG II Will Be Much Bigger Due To Controversy

As previously reported on krikya360.com, Canelo Alvarez and Gennady Golovkin will square off in their highly-anticipated rematch in September in Las Vegas. Golden Boy Promotions CEO Oscar De La Hoya first announced the tentative deal for a mid-September showdown at T-Mobile Arena after weeks of on-again and off-again bargaining by the two fighters' camps.

I pointed out this same fact here, canelo made the fight bigger by testing positive. That’s a fact. I doubt ggg made the fight bigger by fighting vanes, with that being said, gbp is ****** in regards to negotiations, but it also says a lot about canelo making the fight again!

I knew this $h!t was going to happen, I honestly thought the whole controversy with failed PEDs test was staged just to try and get this fight to make more money.

Hopefully Canelo finds his "Mexican balls" and doesn't constantly retreat and fight off his back foot the majority of the fight. Him and his team keep saying he took GGG power with no problem....stand and fight like a Mexican warrior..try to back GGG up at least once!!

Is that 24/7/365 testing like the one Canelo is doing?

Truth...the "draw" and then the drug test fail (with plausible explanation) was obviously the best possible outcome for BOTH fighters.
