you werent criticizing him? you said "the only reason he did that" and tried to paint the picture he was "forced"...which was a slight to him

Damn....just do it in the UK, if that’s what it takes to make it happen. Truthfully Deontay was already in England, when Povedkin failed his test, and he was preparing to go to Russia to fight PEDvetkin, in Russia! Now if he’s willing to fight in Russia....the UK should be no problem. FYI, I hope Wilder beats the brakes off of Joshua! Just saying

It's obvious man, a lot of people feel AJ should wait the fight out a bit, and that's what they're going for.

No as I said you don't get it. Fighters go where the money is. AJ fights at home because that's where he makes his money. Why would he go outside the UK . for fun?

And Wilder would be exactly the same if he made top dollar in the US every time and wouldn't have to go to Russia for example. Of course he would.

Which is why i've also said in this thread I find it strange that AJ doesn't want to go to the U.S.

            got it...

and ya..it is strange....AJs got double his best payday waiting for him in the US...but doesnt wanna leave

remember all the years people slammed ward for "not having a passport"?

thing is...it never stopped ward from getting fights made

Firstly am NOT backing AJ with the "The fight has to be in the UK" talk. Why? Because he put his words out and said "If the fight was worth 100m then give me half of that". So am holding him to those words.

Secondly NOW that the 50m offer has been confirmed as legit, he cannot then turn around and try to control where the fight takes place.

Finally none of you crybabies has ever put Wilder on his words when he was offered 12.5m which represent the most he would have earned to make the fight.

The "No more ducking, no more dodging, I don't care about the money, I would go over to the U.K" etc
You know what you guys did? cry about another man's money, "Oh he was offered a flat fee" "No one gets offered a flat fee for a fight or this magnitude" Etc

So none of you are unbiased, I haven't seen one single post from American who is unbiased in regards to this saga yet.
Excellent post as per usual. Green K.

its not an excellent post..it almost is...cept he forgets that boxing scribes were writing about how what a terrible offer the 12.5 was

yeah wilder saying he doesnt care about the money is just talk...he cares about money...everyone does....but we all know the 12.5 was not a good deal for him even if its x amount more than his biggest payday

the AJ 50 mil guarantee in the US IS a GOOD DEAL...cant be denied

you have one deal offered that was considered bad...and one that is obviously good.....im not going to slam a guy for denying the bad deal just cause he said "idc about money" one time while trash talking on camera or whatever...guys say alot of stuff but at the end of the day they all care about money

                  12.5 =bad deal
50 mil guarantee in us=good deal

lets just call it what it is in simple terms

when fat dan writes an article calling AJs offer to wilder a "joke"...you know its a joke

It's possible that A.J. or his handlers want him to have another fight before Wilder.. I don't think he's scurred.

Not necessarily. We simply don't know the full details. If the 50m has strings attached it may not be so attractive.
