The problem is, a lot of people seem to misunderstand what "innocent" means and how it applied to the rules. He may have not done it with intention, but the rules don't have allowances for that. If they follow their own rules, they must penalize him for having it in his system.

I said all along that I thought it sounded like meat contamination and it looks like I was right. But, that doesn't mean I think they should break the rules for him. Should they adapt the rules for dealing with this issue in the future? Maybe, but that's another argument.
