To say Chico Corrales was not great shows your age.

lmao corrales is one my favorite fighters to watch. He was an action fighter who couldnt be missed with straight right. Watch the eliminator fight corrales had on fnf right before mayweather. It gets explained for you. By the way im 41. Just ask, dont assume. Most of yous guys intuition is completely dead haha

So because he was vulnerable to a punch makes him not great?

Because by that logic, Tommy Hearns isn't either.

A fighter's record does not mean ****, and that is what I take away from this article. Some of my favorite fighters had 10+ losses on their record - most recently Orlando Salido.

tommy hearns was one of the best boxers ever when he wanted to box. Even outboxed srl when he decided to. I mean geesh man that was a very very silly comparison. I loved corrales and loved gatti. But loving to watch someone and being completely blind to the realities of their levels are two completely diferent things. What i love about boxing is that the truth always is right in your face, what i hate about the new age fan is they dont seem to like to recognize truth

Everyone with a brain know that was a business move , ..any other one of Mayweather's opponents single is far better accomplished than the full record of that Asian guy..

Haha. The old dont know **** about boxing huh. Thought that trend had died. He beat few top guys of his generation and fought the fighter of the decade 5 yrs late. This is old news man. Name some of these top fighters of tf the generation he fought during there primes and ill rank them for ya haha. Actually dont waste my time. I stand by what i said. Seems like all boxing purist have a grip on this. Maybe you can catch up. Old news. Again not really discrediting the guy, he means something to certain cultures and thats fine with me, actually great by me. Lets not go thinking berto, guerrero and ortiz are hearns, duran, leanard etc. Thats just silly

No, it was a pathetic disgrace to the sport of boxing which only a cowardly diva would do.
The guy was already a multi-millionaire, but he decided to sh^t all over the sport some more not like Floyd hasn't done that enough already through his career.
