Comments Thread For: Frank Warren: Tyson Fury Would Jab Anthony Joshua Silly

Congratulations to Anthony Joshua for the feat of adding the WBO world heavyweight title belt, previously owned by Joseph Parker, to the others already in his collection. There is only one belt to go now and it would be some achievement to unite the division. Sometimes I, along with many others, find his fights a bit of a hard listen. Nothing to do with big Josh, more the interminable cheerleading we are all forced to endure from Sky's merry band of one-eyed commentators and pundits.

So true. And AJ will hardly land, chasing Fury all night like the stiff bum he is.

Maybe. Fury better hope AJ doesn't land though because if he did he would be going to la la land.

So much talk abot this fat oaf fury. He doesn't even have a tune up fight on the horizon yet. Nevermind a real fight with someone who will hit him back.

"Nobody is talking about Tyson Fury."

Except his name come up every day as possibly opponent for Joshua! Including on the night of the fight.

Joshua's people are biased but he isn't? That's a good one.

Fury needs to actually start fighting again instead of just trying to talk himself into a big, retirement-inducing, payday with Joshua!

No-one's talking about Tyson Fury because he hasn't fought for two-and-a-half years. He also twice ducked out of returns with Klitschko, admitted taking drugs, and then announced his retirement. Joshua would be the favourite against Fury, and certainly would not fight him like he fought Parker. Fury, after all, is an arm puncher and his chin is not so sound (dropped by cruiserweight Steve Cunningham and by Neven Pajkik). Joshua would pressure him in a way that Klitschko didn't.

Glad he mentioned Froch. Froch flip flops like he's on a beach somewhere with his views. Can't take him seriously.
