Because the actual event is going on (or at least, that's my impression) I could see him getting paid more than he normally would for OSullivan or whoever it turns out to be. I'm curious if they'll get get supplemental payment from GB for the money lost. I'm pretty sure they'll have a legal claim. A lot of people are going to lose money on this.

There's better fighters than earn less money than him but I guess enough people wanted to see him and Canelo and Canelo cheated him and the fans. GGG will still make good paydays but he's gonna be older and will likely be against a version of Canelo that's back taking banned substances so yeah it's bad for him.

I guess if he gets some kind of settlement and gets Saunders in the ring this year he'll have all four belts and the most defenses in division history so the blow is softened somewhat.
