    Who’s the best UK prospect?

    I’m a proud Yank but I am enjoying the Uk boxing scene.

    I was just informed about Josh Kelly in a post from another member today and he looks to be the leader of the pack with his special skill, amateur background, promoter and looks.

    But my personal favorite is Anthony Yarde who is very inexperienced but to me has that “it” factor as does Kelly but I like guys who can punch, and with all of Kelly’s ability it seems he is lacking that proper power in his gloves.

    So who do you think is the best of The UK prospects?

    Personally think Yarde is the 3rd best prospect at LHW, behind Buatsi and Willy Hutchinson. Yarde gets hit far too much, last fight guy couldnt miss him with a right, if it werent SMW with no power he was fighting hed be in serious trouble.

          I like gorman, selby, ritson, cheeseman , yarde, kelly, and Dubois. I like what I seen from bautsi want to see more of him

            Yeah I like Buatsi also he would seem to be a better prospect than Yarde with his solid amateur career but to me he lacks that “it” factor that makes people really tune in to watch him fight.

            I’m not familiar with Willy.

              Josh Kelly, Josh Taylor and Josh Buatsi. All 3 will be world champions and in big fights. Taylor is the closest at the moment, will win a title at 140 in the next 12 months.

                Yarde is the most overrated imo. I'd probably put my money on Josh Kelly or Josh Taylor having the best careers, think a lot of these young UK guys are gonna end up world level or even world champs though imo

                  Hutchinson's really green. Only 19, World and European Amatuer Youth Champion, be some time before he makes any noise. Hes with Haye, should be fighting on the Haye/Bellew card.

                  The machine will start rolling for Buatsi soon, think him and Kelly are the ones Matchroom will pin their future on.

                    Bro don't even waste your time following them, most of these Brits wont even make it to euro-level and IF they ever do, they end up fighting local bums getting hyped by SKY, Boxnation, channel five, Dave, BTSport etc....then after years of following these bums you realize that you wasted your time watching euro-level boxing!

                    Trust me I gave these guys a try and the whole euro system is a sham, thats why I respect the Easter-Europeans ; they come to the great U.S.A the home of real world level boxing.
