    ANTHONY JOSHUA has dismissed calls for him to slim down and is refusing to confirm he will be lighter for Joseph Parker. Joshua looks leaner than he was before stopping late substitute opponent Carlos Takam in the tenth round last October, when he weighed a career heaviest of 18st 2lbs.

        then I'd have to include reflexes,agility,speed,footwork,good chin and all that..a.j can be gassing out and still come back to end you with his punch power..go watch Joshua vs Klitschko casual

          It's more than just punching power and skill. The ability to take a punch and conditioning are huge assets as well.

            This guy oversimplifies what’s necessary to be successful in the HW division to an embarrassing degree, then tries to make himself feel better by calling you a casual fan... damn there are some real losers on here.

              Being too big affects your stamina down the stretch. We all saw him huffing and puffing late against Takam.

              But it's up to him how he wants to come into the ring.
