Mairis Briedis would school, out-box and utterly outclass the stiff Murat Gassiev

I think Oleksandr Usyk vs Mairis Briedis should have been a draw. Or Usyk vs Breidis should have happened in the final rather than Usyk vs Gassiev.

Murat Gassiev is another typical stiff, mechanical and a robotic Euro boxer who is a second coming of his stable mate that is Gennady Golovkin. He is a Gennady Golovkin clone!

Mairis Breidis is better than the overrated Murat Gassiev in every department and would totally own his ass. Briedis is much more fluid, is a lot more rhythmic and can actually box properly using proper boxing skills with a lore more 'SPECIAL EFFECTS' unlike the stiff Murat Gassiev who is a robotic and a mechanical forward plodder with hands up in dimensional manner and with no 'special effects'

Whilst I agree that I also think Breidis is better than Gassiev we still need to see that fight happen.
Gassiev was at times outboxing a top Cuban boxer in Yunier Dorticos and I was pretty sure Yunier was gonna school this cat, you can't say he is one dimensional when he completely changed up his style to fight Yunier.

So far my only problem with Gassiev is his fake undefeated record, he clearly got outboxed by Lebedev, but boxing corruption is always gonna try n protect a younger guy.

Briedis vs Gassiev would be a great fight.

Briedis in general is underrated. I think pound for pound the top 4-5 cruiserweights are very good fighters. It's one of the toughest divisions and I'd like to see a lot of the fights between the runners up in the super series.

Briedis is awesome, am not even going to dispute that. You spoke crap about Gassiev though. He showed a lot of tact, discipline and class vs Dorticos. He's definitely not a case of pure brawn. Heck i wouldn't be surprised if he beats Usyk in the finals.
