I know Brook would fight anyone but i think Hearn will try to get him and play it safe by enticing him with the Khan fight.

That Khan fight still makes BIG money.

Brook could lose to Charlo and the Khan fight would STILL be big. Unless Charlo completely ruins him then that fight will always sell in the UK. Brook made a good showing early against Gennad and Spence and I think he'd give a good account of himself with Charlo in defeat. It would always be a big fight, of course. Hearn is not going to risk any of them getting demolished though. This is Hearn's biggest fight he can make outside of an AJ fight, there's no way he wants either guy to take a very hard fight until they make this fight. Both fighters will know that too and know they're probably both at the back end of their careers and have a career high payday on the horizon.

Hearn will want them both to be winning while building the fight, even if it's against soft touches.

The end goal for everyone involved is to make that Khan v Brook money and i'd be extremely surprised to see them risk that.
