6 Newer Podcasts You Might Not Have Heard That Are Worth Checking Out

Being a podcast dork I'm always on top of new boxing podcasts fairly early on. Thought I'd throw out a few newer podcast (all less than a year old & 4 of them being 1-4mos old).

Also if anyone is on top of something I didn't mention feel free to add it.

Fistianados (Leave It In The Ring Network)
host: Evan Rutkowski (former HBO Excecutive)
    episodes: 3 (Jan. 2018-Present)
    link:

Super new & unique show that considers the business side & some deeper impacting issues with boxing & making fights.

    BoxNation Podcast
hosts: Dev Sahni & Steve Lillis
    episodes: 13 (Nov. 2017-Present)
    link:

UK-centric show with solid interviews with UK fighters & discussion of UK boxing.

    Boxing Esq Podcast
host: Kurt Emhoff (sports & entertainment attorny + boxing manager)
    episodes: 7 (Nov. 2017-Present)
    link:

Compelling talks & good interviews with boxing business people + writers.

    5 Live Boxing
hosts: Steve Bunce & Mike Costello
    episodes: 27 (May 2017-Present)
    link:

Another UK-centric podcast. If you don't like Bunce this one ain't for you, but I enjoy his takes on boxing & his passion. This has been around longer than most mentioned, but I don't see enough people talking about it.

    Bite The Mic
hosts: Peter Rosenberg (Hot 97 radio) & Mike Tyson
    episodes: 30 (May 2017-Present)
    link:

Another podcast thats been around for awhile, but not long enough that I see people talking about it a lot. Tyson seems like he's half into this or half bored with it, but Tyson often has some interesting/weird/compelling questions that has made this a must listen to podcast for me. And this usually has shorter episodes (20-30mins) so its a quick listen.

    Inside Boxing Live
    host: Brian Campbell
    episodes: 10 (Oct. 2017-Present)
    link:

Believe this one started as exclusively a YouTube show, but they started converting it to podcast form a couple episodes in. Solid interviews, solid guests. Could be among the best boxing podcasts out there real soon with the quality I'm seeing thus far.

The Boxnation podcast is a good listen, 5 live is decent too. Bite the mic is trash IMO. I’ve never heard of the other three but I’ll be sure to check them out.
New Age Boxing and The Boxing Coalition are too good independent podcasts.

Not a fan of Boxing Rant. They legit b^tch too much. Although I guess they didn't name their podcast wrong, but I get tired of that bs cuz you see people b^tching about boxing all the time.

I listen to Dwyer. He doesn't put all the same content on his podcast as he does on Youtube so I consider him a PT podcaster. Plus he's almost exclusively about betting stuff. Which I dig, but I think its too limiting a topic for most boxing fans.

Whats up with Boxing Wave, Rummys Corner & Fame Killusion? Don't think I've heard of any of those?

LOL I can't even hate on that comment cuz I get it.

Tyson seems like he doesn't wanna be there on far too many shows & Rosenberg has to work Tyson to get him to ask questions sometimes. I find the character of Tyson amusing I guess is where my enjoyment comes from. And getting to hear him interact with all the people they bring on is interesting to me.

Its also a super short podcast (20-30mins) & when I'm jacked up to 1.3x to 1.5x on the speed I tend to sprint through that podcast.

I've listening to those other two & just weren't feeling them for one reason or another. I think that Coalition one specifically is what I call one of the "b^tching & moaning genre" of boxing podcasts so I can't get with that one cuz of that. I get enough of the b^tching & moaning from The Next Round with Steve Kim's bellyaches & he's a pro level b^tching & moaning (with some snide remarks thrown in here & there) to most of these other amateur level guys.

Fair enough man, certain people on the Coalition are very glass half empty tbf, some of the rants do amuse me though. As for bite the mic I’m not a massive Tyson fan and Rosenberg kind of irritates me so that’s probably why I wasn’t feeling it.
I’m really liking the Boxnation pod at the moment, it’s a little bias obviously but I like the format of it with the interviews, guests etc. You get to hear from a lot of fighters who don’t usually get much of a platform to express themselves also.

Hey dude hope you've had time to look these up... if not, Boxing Wave has very insightful and unbiased videos imho.. he just tells as is and owns up on a wrong fight prediction as recently as the wilder-Ortiz fight.. its people like him id rather watch/listen too than that terrible biased annoying boxingego ****.. Rummy's corner. WOW dude you missing out. check out some of his most popular vids or one of his most recent a Mike Tyson Career recap.. its just gold man takes you back to the 90s and away for an hour lol. FameKillision is like say you're bored and cant think of a fight to watch/rewatch or find one? Fame has alotta fights man think he got all of Ali's fights for example its just a guilty pleasure.

After watching more of theboxingrant I see what you mean but I still very much like them I click with them and Montero the most.. happy watching dude
