Forget peak, he was NEVER elite.

At least they admit, GGG is OAF.

I honestly don't think Canelo's gonna be THAT much better if at all either. Canelo IS only 28 but technically he's a 13 year Veteran at this point. I think what you see is what you get with Canelo. Solid Boxer Puncher with pretty good defense / ****ty gas tank. I don't expect any new nuances with GGG either but people are making it seem like Canelo's gonna have a 11 rounds to 1 (LEGIT) performance which I don't see happening at all. This fight WILL end in controversy again.

People crying about running. You don't know what running is and wasn't Golovkin supposed to be a master of cutting off the ring and Canelo cement footed? Looks like you tards overrated Golovkins footwork.

Bummelo is 27. He’ll be 28 in July. Golovkin will be 36 sooner, but he’s still 35.

Cotto and Trout, let’s call them the same with defensive IQ. Different styles, and Bummelo fought Trout when No Doubt was in his Prime. Bummelo has looked way better in defensive ability since Khan. He didn’t fight like that against Mosley.

Given the progression of examples, and boxers having to calibrate to a new division, or 2nd time is a charm, it is expected for Bummelo to perform better than his last time. Ward, since Barrera, is a bigger and better Ward. A more Tank like Ward.

Canelo's problem is lack of consistency. He showed flashes of what he can do in the GGG fight but he tapers off midway through until he finds his 2nd wind. Canelo has "progressed" but he's really the same fighter to me he was against Cotto and its really hard to gauge from there considering GGG is leaps and bounds the best comp he faced since Cotto (who mind you was old and much smaller). The younger guy USUALLY is given the benefit of the doubt but I genuinely believe we're getting some what a mirror of the 1st fight.

The only thing weak is canelo's power.
