This statement basically means that he's going to fight the exact same style, hope for another controversial decision (in Vegas) to save him, and set up the trilogy.
If he legitimately tries to KO Gennady, we all know Canelo's career will come to an abrupt and destructive end (ruining the prospect of a third fight), so team Reynoso are not going to risk that with a fighter they basically consider to be family.

He laid on the ropes to long and allowed GGG to press him by getting his punches off first and beating him to punch. While Alvarez landed the cleaner, sharper, flashier and harder punches of the of the two in the fight, it was Gennady who was the busier and threw the most in the fight.
Actions speak louder than words. I'm hoping both fighters prove they don't care about the judges' cards and decide to knock each other out.
I really doubt it, though, and expect the rematch to be identical to the first fight, with the judges making a controversial, unsatisfying decision.

After this hit he shook his head and went right back at Canelo!!!!
GGG has the most SOLID chin I've seen in YEARS!!!! If not one of the best I've seen.
Alvarez basically told everyone that he will knock out GGG,, but what he is NOT saying is that he is going to stand in the pocket and fight Toe to Toe with Golovkin

Idiots still goin with Triple Touch Jabs?!
GGG was coming forward but was still being cautious and still had a pizza face at the end of the nite by a career jr middleweight who just debut at 160 of that fight!
Canelo will be more acclimated at the weight and with his experience and ring IQ he will know what he can build on to get an emphatic victory which will make all the haters cheer an swear they knew he was gonna win!
Unfortunately for GGG he must go to the body and take even more chances which leaves him the probability of getting hurt more an who knows maybe kissing the canvas!
Canelo hurt GGG bout 3 times in their fight while Canelo was more solid taking shots than a Irish at Oktoberfest!
Canelo by TKO 11th round!
