    The IBF seemingly made Errol Spence Jr.'s decision on his next opponent for him. According to a story posted by ESPN.com on Tuesday, the New Jersey-based sanctioning organization has ordered Spence to make a mandatory defense of his IBF welterweight title against Carlos Ocampo.

                i saw this from the website. Porter is correct he is not sanctioned in that organization.

                    Ponomarev doesn't want to fight Spence. He ducked an eliminator the IBF ordered against Spence for a shot at Brook awhile ago and then he ducked Ocampo because it would have led to Spence as well.
