You're right, there was an investigation and the cop was cleared even though its quite clear the boy followed orders and happened to stumble due to being intoxicated.

When the kid was laying on the ground, just go up to him and handcuff him FFS but oh no these cops are just too eager to kill someone.

There are many videos out there showing police shooting unarmed people for no reason and it has to be stopped. Only a small percentage of these pigs are prosecuted because all they have to say is they feared for their life. Its a shame and cops should be in jail for most of these killings. With that being said if this guy had just shot someone and was holding a gun and police told him to drop it its common sense that they would shoot him before he shoots someone else. Sad situation anyway you look at it but if whats reported is true then this would be justified

In 2012 I found myself in a situation where I had been set up by a confidential informant. As soon as he got out of my car I heard "put your ****ing hands up mother****er" I put my hands up but for whatever reason I reached in my pocket and leaned over and threw the rest of the dope under the seat while the cops were screaming and then I put my hands back up with my wallet and phone in hand. Later on the cop asked my why I did that and I could have got shot. I thank god every day that they didnt overreact and shoot me like so many cops do all the time in America
