Comments Thread For: Team Horn Vow To Send Strong Message To Terence Crawford

WBO welterweight champion Jeff Horn (17-0-1, 11 KOs), and his trainer Glenn Rushton, have promised to send a strong message to Terence Crawford (32-0, 23 KOs) on December 13th at the Brisbane Convention Centre. On that night, Horn will make a voluntary defense of his world title against big underdog Gary Corcoran of the UK.

Am guessing Arum is moving forward with that fight then.

I would pay money if Horn jumped out of the ring and just bent over and farted in Crawford's face. That would be a strong message.

Careful what you wish for Horn. I can't wait for Crawford to put you in your place.

I could see Arum doing this fight and then getting the winner (Especially if it’s Crawford) fighting Pac-Man in America.

Horn beat Pacman so bad the legendary warrior decided to "go in another direction" instead of trying to get his world title back. Tim Bradley retired by the mere sight of that savage beating. Now Corcoran is about to get fed to the beast. Terence Crawford is in for a fight the likes of which he has never had. This isn't no Julius Indongo. This man is a straight up killer. TC will have to channel the best version of himself on that night. Looks like he's going to step up to the plate..

So much hate for a fighter who is doing what any fighter should do...exude confidence!!

Maybe he does not fit your profile of what a fighter should look like: thuggish, always getting in trouble with the law, beating women, generally acting the fool in public etc etc.

Get over yourselves. Love him or hate him, the man won his belt IN THE RING whether you agree with the decision or not.

As a boxing fan, yours truly tries to be impartial but with the senseless hate he is getting I am beginning to root for him!!

Get over yourselves folks. Let the man be.

What kind of message can you send by beating a low level fighter such as Corcoran?

Even if Horn blows him away in double quick time, Crawford isn't exactly going to be shaking in his boots is he.

This fight is a mismatch on paper. Horn should have no problems getting the win.
