Saunders' resume is starting to look fairly healthy, but stacking them up only makes sense if you don't cherrypick the wins - you can't give BJS the Lemieux win in 2017 before he's even got it but then say GGGs 2017 results don't count.

That said clearly BJS' resume is better at age 28 than GGGs was, although the reasons for that are a story unto themselves. It's worth remembering though that Lee was generally seen as roughly on a level with Murray and Macklin (and Barker FWIW) and both Eubank and Saunders were pretty green when they fought... whatever they may go on to achieve.

Still. This is a nice fight and a good clash of styles for my money... whichever way you look at it these are two guys who are amongst the top 5 or 6 in their division and - in theory at least - in their physical primes. What ain't to like?
