Golden Boy Promotions’ statement claims that the pay-per-view buy rate for Canelo-Golovkin will be “well north” of 1.3 million once all cable, satellite and Internet distributors submit their final figures from the September 16 event at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas.
I'd call that a smashing success

PAC is still the King! Unlike that steroid cheating fight ducking Andre coWard who couldn't get on this list if Jay Z wrote it.

That is actually good. It is a lot better than I thought it would be. I guess there will be a rematch in May. That's a lot bigger payday than either can get against Charlo or Jacobs. Though many were disappointed in the fight itself, so the rematch probably comes in a little lower.

Nobody was dissapointed in the fight itself. They were dissapointed in that scorecard from that dumb b itch. But the fight itself was good.

The minute I read this deluded gem I knew it had to be keith Idec:"Oscar De La Hoya, Alvarez’s promoter, went as far as to have his publicists issue a statement Thursday that refuted the reliable, respected Pugmire’s pay-per-view figure."

Lance Pugmire has never been proven correct about any of his figures. People in the U.S. are ****** enough to believe sports tabloid garbage, its no different than when daily mail sports reporters claim certain players have big ££ offers that are complete lies. Pugmire has been proven to guess random amounts he thinks are close & then usually the promoters or network refute it completely. He has not a single time been able to prove his numbers right.
