I feel like this gif sums up the majority of the fight

ggg throwing those weak ass jabs which completely missed, which his fans will say he landed while ignoring Canelo's vicious body punching

      GGG missed SO MUCH. LMAO

GGG was out landed in every punch Stat except jabs. Canelo landed more clean shots, more body shots, more power shots, etc. And the jabs you want to give GGG credit for? Most missed jabs of his career and lowest connect rate of his career and the few jabs that he did get through canelos defense were mostly grazing shots or just pawing with nothing on it. Sure he was busy and coming forward but it was totally ineffective.

The ignorance in boxing is so high that the majority of people feel golovkin won. Side note: canelo needs to utilize that jab to the body more in the rematch

The jab connect percentage was not the lowest of his career. Total punches were. But Canelo was also hitting way below his par. But I guess that doesn't count, right?

Ok please tell me the fight GGG had with worse jab stats? And canelo connect rate is virtually on par with his last couple fights. Name 1 Stat that was usually down from canelo? I can name numerous stats for GGG that are all career lows or just about such as the amount of jabs he missed, how few body shots he landed, how few power shots and how low the connect rate for those power shots landed. Statistically this was GGG worst offense night I can find, definitely since he's been on the national stage.

I just had this feeling that days after the fight, when the smoke has cleared and people stop talking out the side of their necks (Hopefully upon a few re-watches) about conspiracy, everyone would come to their ****ing senses.

                  Ward-Kovalev I all over again.

Canelo won the fight 7 rounds to 5. 115-113

I think Canelo won. I don't think there'll be a rematch for a long time, long, long time. Move on.
