Cotto was off for two years and came back to win a vacant world title against an unranked japanese guy...that is officially a "world title", but does anybody actually rate it, of course not.

Pac has a rematch schedule or due, D.S.G and Porter were suppose to fight no? Kovalev has a lot of rebuilding and was broken - straight up quit. Roman Gonzalez is maxed @ 115 and has real competition, two P4P entrants in Inoue-Estrada, then you got Rung, and Yafai all primed.

So I say Pac has the best shot.

I say Pacquiao due to the opponent he would've fought especially if its not in Austrailia cuz Horn is terrible!

The guy literally was doing everything Ward does except arm locks and of course the skill set is not comparable!
