Foxx is perfect!

Jamie Foxx is 5'10, walks around at 190lbs, has a similar look and A+ acting skills. Mike Tyson is 5'11, and was about 230lbs.

Jamie Foxx is perfect... everyone saying he is too small doesn't know what they're talking about. Have you seen "Any given Sunday?" Dude has the frame.... He'll just need to hit the gym to get the muscle build.

They talked about this 5 years ago, when Jamie was already too old to play the role. Kinda odd to still go through with this. He's really starting to show his age.

This. He's too damn old to play a 20-23 year old Tyson which I'm sure will be a big part of this. That's the issue that a lot of people in this thread are not getting.

How great would that be, Tyson $100 mil+ rich again. It would bring him back to life, a much needed view in this era of reality/social media trash.

I'd far sooner see a film made of Bob Fitzsimmons. Wyatt Earp, Bat Masterson, Judge Roy Bean. He rubbed shoulders & crossed swords with the best & worst of them!

They made a film about Pazienza "Bleed for this" which was great, it's about time we had a high production movie about Tyson, but as said before Foxx is too old, he's got bags under his eyes and some wrinkles, he's nearly 50. I'lll say it again...Boyega is perfect for the role.

It would be a great story if they actually had Jamie train at Cus D'Amato gym with Kevin Rooney. It would give us a chance to see a Rooney/Mike reunion and see him come full circle. This movie has been spoken about forever, at this rate it won't come out until 2019 - 2020.
