Comments Thread For: Chocolatito: I Was Very Hurt When Dropped The Second Time

There were no excuses from Roman 'Chocolatito' Gonzalez, who was knocked out in the fourth round of his rematch with Srisaket Sor Rungvisai. The two fought for the second time for the WBC super flyweight world title, with the hard-punching Thai boxer gaining his second straight win over the former champ.

I got a lot of love and respect for Chocolatito but he has no business fighting at 115. He is too small and has no power. He already proved that he could beat Sor but tonight he seemed timid and was getting bullied by very determined fighter.

But you were crying and minimizing Sor Rungvisai saying that he won the firs fight because the head butts...

      Fu.cking hypocrite.

You are a fighter without no defense and with a soft career till the moment you moved up to your real weight in 115 pounds

        Eh?

Cuadras weighted 129 pounds in the fight vs Gonzalez. Gonzalez weighted 126.

Gonzalez last fight in flyweight he rehydrated to 127 pounds.

        Ignorant learn about this.

Sor Rungvisai is the same height than Gonzalez and has the same reach.

The problem here is the 0 defense of Gonzalez and his pathetic footwork and movements

He was looking for a way out early in the fight. In the first rd he stopped and complained about a headbutt. In the second round he stopped and complained about a borderline low blow.

Yeah I totally agree, the light bantamweights are too big and strong for Gonzalez.

I tip my hat off to him, he's a hell of a fighter but I think it's best he retires, he's got lots of wear and tear from all those wars.

A lot of fighters better take heed on moving up at the height of their careers. Hint Bud. Roman's career shot now. Shot down to the ground. Ur canvas.

just because you rehydrate doesn't mean ****. You see how soft Chocolatito looks compared to Cuadras or Gallito or Sor. He cant fill into this weight class well. He doesn't have the mass or the skeletal structure to fight at these weights. I'm not making excuses for dude but he's a tiny guy.

Gonzalez is fat for that weight though. Guy looks soft as hell. If he trimmed down body fat, I can see him at 108.
