Mayweather resumed his illustrious boxing career to do battle with McGregor in a mega-money fight in Las Vegas last weekend.

That's the reason why I don't follow MMA or care to watch any of it, I can't stand seeing grown men roll around on the ground.. It's all about standing on your own two feet like a man and holding your own. I'd rather watch kickboxing then MMA any night

Under MMA rules McGregor would have finished off Mayweather in the first round

3 Boxers have already gone into MMA and KTFO out of real contenders. No MMA fighter will ever come into boxing and knockout a contender let alone win.

He's right but at the same time it takes a lot more skill and intelligence to be a top boxer than it does to be a MMA fighter. Also we've seen several boxers go to UFC and be successful whereas were still waiting to see a UFC guy come to boxing and do good. Boxing is a much better sport & will always be way bigger than MMA.

Toney was like a Penguin shot fat and no clue or movement, a prime athletic boxer would do well in MMA he only got to learn take down defense and he could compete. I hope Berto goes across as he said recently, with some training he would be very dangerous in the cage with anyone within punching room.

Ray Mercer, Holly Holm, and wbc champ Heather Hardy... they try to discredit all of their wins
