When Floyd only fought once per year that was 12 months. Many PBC fighters go 8-10 months between fights regularly. You act like Walters was off for three years or something. It was 10 months. By modern boxing standards, that's longer than normal, but it's not some huge layoff or anything. And they offered him the fight halfway through that period, he turned it down.

As for Gary Russell, I mean he looks like the best fighter at 126 in a division with some good offensive fighters, especially Santa Cruz, but he still looks like the best one there. Is he better than Indongo? Yes. Is he better than Postol? Yes that would be a 12-0 fight if they were in the same weight class unless Postol knocked him out, and Postol has a 50% KO percentage or something very low. So don't downplay Lomachenko's best wins to keep him off the P4P list unless you're willing to concede that they're still much better than Terence Crawford's best ones, and you keep him even further off the list than Lomachenko as a result.

    In other words, be consistent.
Walter's suks! You give him wayy to much credit. He a quilter. He lost on the scales because he's lazy and then he quit in the ring.

Leo is better than Russell. So is Frampton IMO. But we will NEVER know because he fights 1 time and then he retires evey year.

If Rigondeaux is still as skilled as he was against Donaire this fight could be a lot more competitive. I still have Lomachenko winning but this will be a good technical fight.

rigo was fighting at his prime weight of 122 against nonito. he is going to unchartered territory at 130.

lomachenko will probably weigh the same on fight night as donaire did. but rigo will be heavier than he was against donaire.

he might be sluggish at 130

At least Lomachenko wasn't dropped and hurt by unknown low level opposition like Cordoba and A****sa. **** Rigondeaux got even dropped by a Jab.

KO? Maybe. Easy? I don't think so.
So Rigondeaux´s glass chin is better than that of Rocky Martinez ?

... I know... and he didn't take the fight at 126, in the first place...

Based on what he has done compared to other boxers, there's no way he should be top dawg. I can see him in 5-10 though. The guy is super talented.
It wouldn't let me add to your reputation again I guess, so I just wanted to say I totally agree..... I don't look at the names when I read comments, but apparently boxingscene thinks I agree with you too much. lol
