    this is the funny part.....

detractors swear that fans just got played/ripped off

Floyd fought McNugget flat-footed for the exact same reason he fought Maidana flat-footed

because he saw Maidana as a look-good showcase opponent

he saw what happened to Maidana in the Alexander fight

he saw Chino as a punching bag who would make him look good

the fact that casual-fans praised Mayweather for fighting such a dangerous opponent..... was glorious you fkn muppets

Chino was a look-good cherry-pick, just like Mac..... which is why he fought Conor flat-footed, wearing 8oz gloves

soooo..... anyone who thinks that McGregor is suddenly this boxing genius who had Mayweather in trouble..... just got played/ripped off

    once again, gloriously ironic LMAO

It was very entertaining. Very meme-worthy fight. I laughed so hard at how quickly the fight was stopped. Especially at Floyd's initial reaction after the ref sent him to stand in the coner. He was like, "Come on, Ref, I just worked a double-shift today, my wife is hungry and horny, I gotta go."

Floyd threw 6, 10, 12 punches. He simply wasn't throwing. I do think Floyd was trying to figure out McGregor but I think it was also planned. It was more planned than being handled by Conor.

Conor didn't "sack up". He fought for a bucket load of money with very little to lose. He fought a guy who was 40 and not a power puncher. He was significantly bigger. I'm not hating on Conor good for him. I don't really like Mayweather but Conor didn't risk much considering the reward.

Now he goes and fights some prime fighter for a whole lot less than he can make in UFC then tell me how he "sacked up".

For most of his career the sure wins built up his record but when he struggles against a sure win like this one it is time to retire

Getting handled means even if it was planned, you still got handled so the point is moot. Had he opened up before Conor got tired, he would have probably bitten the dust. The uppercut at the end of rd. 1 when Floyd got aggressive was an example of that.

Money is money, and you're an idiot if you pass that up but he did take an impossible to win fight and did a hell of a job and actually won rounds off Floyd.

You know damn well you didn't expect that so I don't know why you are fronting now. Conor showed real skills and proved he wasn't out classed. That notion is complete BS.

And Floyd can make astronomical money in the UFC with a Conor fight too, but you better believe he won't be doing that. That's why I say Conor sacked up. You don't see any elite boxers that want to face Conor in an octagon do you? That's what I thought.

Floyd cant make money in the UFC.

When Floyd fights he owns his product therefore profits the most from it.

UFC fighters are employees who get paid whatever it is Dana believes them to be worth for this particular fight.

I mean judges could have gave conor 9 rds and in the tenth he got stopped lol. It happens in boxing all the time. Thats part of what makes it so intriguing. Conor did a little better than expected. His punches were shown to not be very hard. And then he got fooled into gassing out. Then he got tko'd. He doesnt get a participation award for it. He entered the ring against an old guy who had been retired for over 2 yrs, the old guy walked through his punches as if they were nothing outsmarted him and then proceeded to drop bombs until the ref stoppage. Pretty basic **** there really. I aint a big fan of either guy but thats just the reality of the situation, no matter how much it hurts ppl feelings
That's a lie. At the beginning of rd. 9 he had Floyd balled over in the corner from a legal body shot, claiming it was a low blow. And the excuses about Floyd being old are garbage because who had the advantage in boxing? A fighter with almost 50 fights that were rarely grueling or a mma guy with zero pro fights? No trying to be rude to you but I think you should understand what I'm getting at without too much effort. Conor shined and people are butt hurt about it because it was totally not what was expected against ATG Floyd in his first pro boxing attempt. That scares people because they know what that really means deep down. That means that if the experience and cardio was equal, Conor would have whipped Floyd a55. I know it and deep down, you do too.
