With hundreds of millions of dollars in guarantees Showtime has been known to provide, not to mention the truckloads of cash they have been throwing on promotion, they have to sell at least 4 million PPVs to make a profit off this fight.

They're supposed to make tons of money off of these superfights.
They end up losing subscribers and unable to produce fights for the rest of the year like what happened in 2015.
