There is no way this fight fails on ppv, celebs, casuals who are trendy and followers will buy it because its popular and talked about.

The fight will do at least 5.5 milllion ppv buys, i see it doing at most 8.5 million buys.

There is no way this fight doesnt break the record, look at all the prefight promotions and hype, compare that to the little promotion they did for may vs pacquiao, and that fight did 4.6 million buys. This fight will easily break that record no question and no doubt at all, its already 100 percent fact that it will break the record.

Some clowns saying the fight is going to fail lmao, just stop there is 300 million people in america and many of them are casuals and casuals are the demographic that drives the ppv market records, not hardcores. The fight is a joke spectacle but casuals eat this freakshow stuff up out of curiosity.
I don't care what anyone says, you sir are not crazy, the buzz on this fight was ridiculous. But 8.5 mil, is way more than I would guess.

CBS/SHO made tons of money in this fight.
That's good! Lots of dormant fighters in their shelves should be able to schedule their come back fights now.

They promoted this fight like it was Tyson vs Holyfield
Floyd refused to do a press tour for the Pac fight and refused to talk trash to Manny like he did previously it ws the worst build up, Floyd showed Manny respect and was silent, but with Conor he talked so much crap and so did Conor, and the Pac fight was announced with only 6 weeks left or something like that, if he promoted it it could have did even more buys and be around 5.5 million buys I think, for this fight he did a major press tour and promotion, its weird why would he not bother with the Pac fight, but with this he built it.

Ill say this if Floyd did continue to fight one last fight, and Pacquiao some how beats Horn which is a long shot, Casuals will buy that rematch especially after Floyd showed he is willing to come forward, never underestimate the power of the casual fan.

This conor fight is a prime example.

Yeah people were buzzing on this, a lot of last minute ppv buys in Cali.

This fight will break the record easily and I told peope the ticket sales dont mean jack, its all about the ppv.

It will easily clear 5.5 and right now im thinking 7 million buys.

Remember this Floyd and conor both talked trash, Conor is White so he has the alt right and middle america supporting him, while Manny Pacquiao was filipino and most white people dont order his fights, Pacquiaos fanbase is mostly Latino and black.

and Whites order Floyds fights to see him lose.

So you got over 300 million Americans, 7 million is not far fetched.

Thinking about it Mayweather vs Pacquiao should have did more than 4.6 ppv buys

yeah, but Floyd told them he wouldnt do the fight unless they did only one presser and no media.

It was strange, and Floyd didnt talk trash to Manny like he was doing on twitter and instagram and facebook, he showed Manny nothing but respect so it killed the anticipation but there is a method to Floyds madness maybe that as his mind games Ariza told him be buddy buddy with Manny and he will go easy on you praise him this an that.

That May Pac fight should have done at least 6 million buys.

This Conor vs Floyd fight, according to Floyd already broke the 5 million preorders mark, so Im guessing its going to wind up around 7 million buys

Usually a rough estimate comes out on Wednesday so Tomorrow, full count comes out next week, they still have to count those Sunday orders people actually pay to watch the ppv the next day on Sunday too,

Its probably going to be 7.5 million ppv buys

Good question...I was looking at this thread thinking someone would be putting some kind of #'s out. I believe it has done quite well myself. If 3 mill illegal streams, gotta be at least double legal.
