....so can you imagine what a prime 38-0 Deontay Wilder done to this man? I hate to think of it.
True that Wilder has power, enough to stretch pretty much anyone if he can land it properly. Teddy Atlas, as annoying as he can be, compared power to a missile, you need to have to proper targeting system to make sure you can effectively launch your payload.
Wilder can be outboxed and made to look ordinary by guys like Washington and Spzilka; his power didn't stop a lethargic Stiverne. Can Wilder beat Joshua if he lands one of those bombs on Joshua's chin? Absolutely; however Wilder has enough deficiencies in his game where I wouldn't place him as the favorite. For me, it's about 60/40 in favor of AJ.
Smart move. He's beyond rich, a future hall of fame fighter, and a parent for the first time. His heart and drive isn't the same anymore. Enjoy your new life champ. All I wanna know now is are we all gonna beat the drum for wilder vs Joshua now, or are we gonna act like wilder doesn't deserve a Joshua fight, and complain while wilder fights stiverne again and praise Joshua for fighting a b level guy like pulev????
Great decision. He has nothing left to prove. The only thing anybody doubted was if he was a warrior and had a true grit about him when he needed and he proved in his last fight that he did.
He may have lost but he goes out with respect and in one of the most memorable HW fights in recent times.
Wladimir Klitschko greatest contribution to the sport of boxing and especially to the Heavyweight division is that even though he wasn't from the U.S. He came along at a time when America had no heroes in the sport.
Most of of the boxers up to that point in the heavyweight division had been largely African American; Which added to his overall mythology, legend and popularity among boxing fans in America.
The unfortunate irony is that even though he was a beloved champion in the U.S. Among hardcore boxing fans; However globally and especially outside of Germany, he was pretty much marginalized and despised among boxing fans.

Deontay broke his hand around the third or fourth round vs. Stiverne and required surgery. No HW walking this earth goes the distance when a prime Deontay 'Bronze-Bomber' Wilder is free of injuries...and need I mention Deontay is currently the most accurate HW in Jabs and total power punches according to compubox? The champs skills are totally underrated by the public, but as a student of the game I can see the technique, this talk Deontay being outboxed is a myth. The stats and judges scores are proof of this
...now Joshua on the other hand has been KO in sparring multiple times and knockdown and badly hurt, can anyone say that tha champ Deontay Wilder in 38 pro fights has been hurt this much? no.

I'm convinced you're related to Wilder or something lol anyone with half a brain sees the unorthodox **** Wilder pulls in the ring. He has true power and an okay jab. He's not out boxing anybody, let that go. But he can KO anyone.
