Comments Thread For: Broner: Mikey Garcia Ain't No F***in' Maidana & They Know That!

NEW YORK Adrien Broner senses the confidence the Garcia brothers have entering their fight Saturday night in Brooklyn has at least something to do with Marcos Maidana's victory over Broner. Robert Garcia, the older brother and trainer of Mikey Garcia (36-0, 30 KOs), was Maidana's trainer when the Argentine slugger dropped Broner twice and beat him by unanimous decision in their 12-round welterweight title fight. But Broner (33-2, 24 KOs, 1 NC) thinks they've made a huge mistake by basing anything about their 12-round, 140-pound showdown at Barclays Center on how Maidana beat Broner 3 years ago in San Antonio.

Lol, this ****ing clown broner is a joke! Wanna blame it on the media for the way people see him...
No Adrian, people see you as a joke because you always make a fool of yourself everytime your in front of the camera and by all the ****** shet that you do that gets you arrested.
So I hope you man up someday and start taking responsibilities for your own actions.

I'm 50/50 on whether or not Broner makes weight today.

He's right that Mikey isn't Maidana they have different styles. But come on AB it's not all the media's fault for your image. The throwing money in public, fighting over a bet a bowling alley the language you use in the press has something to do with it at least. I believe you're a good guy that makes dumb mistakes. With that said you better win!!! Otherwise the media is going to have a lot more to write about you lol

I wouldn't sleep on Broner the man seems highly motivated after pundits had him as a 5 to 1 underdog. This is such a solid fight because both guys are live dogs looking to prove a point. Who ya'll got?

I think Broner knows that if he loses this one it's a wrap being a B+ fighter and he'll take of the role of being a gate keeper.
