What a clown Ponomarev is... but you know passing up Spence then maybe was a good business decision considering in a way that move brought him closer to a world title by now fighting a lesser opponent ( Ocampo ), however Carlos is a threat so this can backfire on Ponomarev.

I like this fight the winner makes for a good undefeated solid contender for E. Spence jr. to add to his resume.
