Comments Thread For: Bellew: I Regret Embracing Haye, He's Still a Cast Iron Assh*le!

Back in March, Tony Bellew (29-2-1, 19 KOs) took a tremendous risk when he walked away from the WBC cruiserweight title to make a leap to the heavyweight division for a fight with former division champion David Haye. Many expected Haye to blow him out in the early rounds.

Bellew embraced Haye for having helped him secure his family's future, and now wants to get permanently damaged by some legit HW. Some contradiction in there.

Lol you're spot on, I like bellew he's a straight to the point kinda guy.

But he keeps calling out all these heavyweights but like Dillian whyte said recently I don't think he has any intention of fighting any of them other than the haye rematch.

This guy said worse before that fight, he was like a man possessed after the BJ fight. I know they had to sell the fight but he went a bit nuts.

He would milk that victory until the last day. He wouldn't fight any other HW because only a Haye rematch gives both of them joker another unbelievable payday.

Bellew should go back down to CW. I wouldn't fancy his chances at all against any legit contender or champion who's a natural heavyweight rather than another ex-cruiser.
