In some of these examples you can kind of give an answer with some degree of certainty, in others, no chance.
Chocalito walked through his first two weight divisions, he was just two strong, too technical and too good, who's to say he wouldn't do that in higher weight divisions if you put him into a bigger frame with all his attributes relatively adjusted to how he was in those first two weight divisions.

But rolling with this, it's nearly an impossible question, because if you take Pacquiao's footwork, he wouldn't be able to jump around with that speed in a 160-175lb frame. Would he be more stationery as a result? Would that mean he would have to rely on a more technical approach?

His power might not translate at Middleweight. That's what I mean.
Moving fighters to different weight classes makes them completely different fighters all together thats why its next to impossible to assess.

If Floyd was a natural Middleweight, he would be like James Toney.
If Joshua was a natural Welters, he would basically be Spence. If Madianna was a natural welter, he would be Porter

It's just sheer fantasy that can't be assessed because theor attributes are thrown completely out the window.
It's the eqivulent of asking who wins out of Superman and Spiderman at 147 lbs.
