Either way I don't care what another person earns or what their tax situation might be. I mean the president of the US suggests all people hire lawyers to avoid paying taxes...so what's that say about paying taxes anyway? And why are people concerned or have an opinion about someone else's ability to pay taxes or (in this case) desire to?

Why does anyone care about Floyd's ability to pay taxes? Why are you here defending it
Only in America do the wealthy pay THAT MUCH LESS than average or poor people in taxes. Donald ***** is another bafoon that even BRAGS about doing "everything he can" to avoid paying taxes.
At what point in my post do I defend the jackass that Floyd is? Please reread it or go back to grade school

One idiot mentions special rates for llcs... There are no special rates for llcs. Llc income is treated as pass through income.
Then we have the morons mentioning that the wealthy don't pay much taxes... That's capital gains on investments which i believe is 15% right now. This 300 million figure will be taxed as personal income, not capital gains.
There's idiots talking about deductions... Which don't alleviate much tax liability. Floyd would need over 200 million in deductions just to get him to that 26 million tax bill. So Floyd would've needed to spend 200 million in charitable donations and/or expenses related to his business.
Seriously... The dumbest people here...4

prob something weird tbh some kind of income he didnt think about. is kinda crazy tho that someone can give 26 million and its still not enough no matter how much he made that year. maybe im to conservative when it comes to taxes but that just seems crazy to me. ya the wealthy should pay their fair share but 25 ****ing million is still 25 million regardless of percentages

He may need to sue the tax court like Lamar Odom Did
Wasn't there a billionaire who said he paid less in taxes than his secretary... I have long suspected the IRS of allowing write-offs for one group of individuals but denying those same write-offs for others. With all the deductions he qualifies for as a 1099 employee his tax rate should be somewhere between 7-13% federal and the self-employment tax around 15%.
