The WBO's job is to do whatever Arum wants and create the illusion of an independent regulatory body.
So Pacquiao didn't really beat Bradley like the panel found when they scored it. Arum just wanted it that way?

Or are you just flip flopping and making conspiracy theories because the result didn't go your way?

I was also strongly considering a 10-8 for the 9th - I mean the Ref who was in the ring and wanting to stop it - seems to have justified it.

I think the 2nd round at the time was debatable - I had a slight edge to Pac.
I also had It 8-4. If being generous I could see 7-5. I can also understand why some scored the 9th round 10-8.

The next step of the analysis was to combine the Independent Judges with the Bout Judges to find the percentage agreement by round. Upon doing this analysis, the findings of the Judges stated that Pacquiao won the 3rd and 9th by 100%; the 8th round was won by 87.5%; no rounds were won by 75%; the 5th round by 62.5%; and the 10th and 11th were even rounds.

On the other hand, the Judges findings stated that Horn won the 1st, 6th, and 12th rounds by 100%; by 87.5%, he won the 4th and the 7th; the 2nd was won by 75%; none were won by 62.5%; and the even rounds were the 10th and the 11th.

The analytical method utilized was also used in the decision of Algieri- Provodnikov and Paquiao-Bradley.
Based on this analysis, Jeff Horn was the winner of the bout.
AND STILLLLLLLLL.....WBO WELTERWEIGHT CHAMPION OF THE WORRRRRRRRRLD....

              The FIGHTING PRIDE of Brisbane.....

              JEFF...."THE HORNEEEEEEETTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT" HORRRRRRRRRRRRRRRNNNN!!

              *ahem*

I already knew what the outcome was going to be. Same as what I said - 115-113, Jeff "The Hornet" Horn.

Now, can we move on? Can we just accept that quite of few of ya'll don't know how the F to score a boxing match properly? Including Waleska Roldan who I warned you about?

WBO,Arum and Pac are all a joke! There's no way Pac is going home a winner after all the money the they paid him, it's KO win or go home a loser. Boxing is dead and Pac should retire!

Arum pretended to be outraged after the Bradley fight and the WBO investigation supported his position. Arum pretended he had Horn winning and the WBO investigation supported his position.

Result didn't go MY way?!? Hahahaha what is MY way? I couldn't care less about Pacquiao or Horn. Have no stake in any of this.
