It's very unfair to focus it's investigation on the scoring only, it's about the officiating REFEREE that affected the fighter's performance and the outcome. A fighter can't execute his usual plan and dominance if the fight is infested with fouls & dirty tricks. It's very obvious & clear that Horn is a very dirty fighter 
, throughout the fight he consistently head-locked, neck-gripped, head-pushed down, elbowed, head-butted Pacman that resulted to 2 cuts both sides of the head with 7 stitches each but in disgrace the REFEREE is insensitive & no reactions whatsoever & did not even caution or warn Horn. Something fishy going on, the REFEREE is paid and supposed to be fair to both fighters in this case, he's clearly with Horn.

Finally had a chance to see the fight the other day, had it 116-112. I didn't have Pacquiao winning anything until the 7th round, but I thought he won that and the three rounds after that, before Horn rallied and took 11 and 12, although those were closer than the early rounds. I'm looking at the outrage and the screams of "robbery" now and wondering what fight those people were watching. Even if you were listening to Atlas' allegedly biased commentary instead of the Boxnation cast that I watched, that shouldn't have been enough to overrule the evidence of your own two eyes. Horn bullied and outworked him early and even very late on in the fight after he'd recovered having been hurt and busted up he was busier and looked much stronger. There were a lot of rounds that were close but not so close that I felt there wasn't a clear winner.Comment
