Comments Thread For: Avni Yildirim, Rob Brant, Mike Perez Join World Boxing Super Series

The World Boxing Super Series is delighted to announce three more rising challengers. Undefeated youngsters Avni Yildirim (16-0, 10 KOs) and Rob Brant (22-0, 15 KOs) have been added to the super-middleweight competition, while Mike Perez (22-2-1, 14 KOs) completes the cruiserweight line-up. With just one more spot to be filled, the Muhammad Ali Trophy now features nine undefeated fighters, five world champions and three former world champions.

The dentist means business. I would like to see him fight Degale, maybe in the future.

Usyk will pick Huck or Perez as opponent according to his K2 promoter Krasyuk.

That nickname is so badass. They call me the dentist because I rearrange teeth in sparring.

Some evil Tyson **** right there.

Yeah I like Yildirim. He can be outboxed by someone with good feet but he could cause some upsets in this tournament

            Interesting. No Glowacki.

The 168 lb. tournament is full of undefeated prospects. Cox, Skoglund, Smith, Yildirim, Brant. Will be interesting to see who emerges.

And is it Perez instead of Glowacki?

No benevidez or Eubanks = zero interest in the super middle tourny

The 168 tournament is actually harder to predict, despite featuring lesser names. Groves and Smith will probably start as the favourites to reach the final but they're both flawed and not above being upset. Cox and Skoglund are not very good though imo. I very strongly doubt that either of them make it out of the first round
