People are too easily misled by American announcers. Fanny barely did anything of note until the eighth round and didn't do much after the ninth, either.

That's true, I had to switch from the espn coverage after a couple of rounds cause of how far they were stuck up Mannys hole.

I know it will be hard to receive a respected answer here, but can anyone give me honest feedback as to who won the fight?
Was it close and possible to see it to horn, or was it obvious robbery?

As I was watching I thought Horn was winning but Atlas had the ESPN spin for Pacquiao. It was prob a close win for PAC at the end but it could go either way

I thought Horn won by 1 or 2 rounds but I think he got away with a lot of dirty tactics. The Top Rank/ESPN stats were bull**** but I guess you can't blame them for skewing it in favor of manny he is their cash cow after all.

Damn Bob Arum stays screwing Pacquiao over, but let's not act like it was the worst decision ever, it was competitive and kinda close. It's hard to feel sorry for Pacquiao though, as he's had a couple of decisions like this go in his favour (Marquez 2 and 3). Oh well, so much for Max Kellerman saying Pacquiao was going to rematch Mayweather and knock him out this time around, hahaha.

Guys like Max need to stop the trolling, manny can't KO any top 20 WW at this point.

WOW. Watched the whole fight. Hats off to Horn for the gutsy effort. Hats off to BOTH boxers for getting in there and fighting instead of dancing. Manny beat Horn up. Reminds me of the Ward theft in the first Kovalev fight. Wonder if the rematch will end with 5,000 low blows by Horn?

Let's put it this way..Horn landed 92 punches in 12 rounds. Was out landed by a 2 plus to 1 ratio. You decide based on those facts.

Those are fake news punch stats. You gonna believe ESPN who was jockeying PAC the whole night? I know what fight I saw. Horn landed more than 92 punches.
