Alright Kova, but Ward is way better and way stronger than you and he kicked your @$$ in front of the word saturday night! and now if you want to fight someone who fight like you, walk the talk for once and take on Beterbiev next!
But we know that Kovaleva is a bully who doesn't take on big punchers as himself...
Viva Russia!!!

I can understand why Kovalev is so stubborn and wouldn't listen to the American trainers. He believes that learning new things in boxing, new tricks and technical aspects is crucial for him. He stated in his interviews many times, that while training in America, he felt bore in the gym, doing the same routine all over again and again, and that he hadn't progressed as a technical boxer comparing to his amateur days. He said that he learns more about boxing during his short visits to Russia, where he meets his old trainer and friends. He learns new tricks and ideas about boxing from them. Probably, the best way for him to go around is to hire a Russian trainer (or maybe come to Lomachenko father).

He's got to be one of the most lugheaded and stubborn fighters I ever witnessed!
Sad to fighters not reach their full potential in cases like drugs, violence or if someone kills them but this is much different!
He just stopped listening to his coach after he beat Hopkins and it definitely came back to bite him!
Oh well, Ward is #1 and hopefully he gets the Stevenson fight and SuperChicken don't run away!

Instead, after trying his best for a minute against hurt opponent and conscious of the fact that he wouldn't finish him with the time left in the round Ward flagrantly went straight to the low knowing that referee would allow him get away with any outrage.

Granted he staggered Kov with that big right. But I founs this even more controversial than the first fight. I think Tony Weeks had an absolute nightmare if honest.

Oh yeah Kov is stubborn if he trained under Abel he would could've taken like 15 low blows in a row not just 7 Kovs downfall...thanks Abel!
