    Just unbelievable.
    I just can't process that a senior referee would let those low blows go then stop the fight like that.
    Ward is a great fighter and he deserves all the credit in the world for going up to 175 and taking on K so quickly but what a sad couple of endings to the fights. Brings the sport into disrepute.

      At that stage if the fight did you believe Kovalev to be in trouble moving forward. I felt that he had little left and was not likely to either survive the 9th or win another round. Ward looked fresher, sharper, and more confident at that stage of the fight.
      I thought he was a good ref. Not anymore...

        Kovaleva was so gutted that's his balls was around his belly...

                      Thats the worst part about it. As soon as the low shot lands, you see Tonys head leaning in. He may as well been filming it. How did he miss that?
