another fight that if it was put together by hbo would be ppv. showtime might not get the better ratings granted because hbo has alot more subscribers cause of game of thrones etc but there is absolutely no doubt that showtime is kicking hbo ass right now.

showtime will never win the ratings battle with hbo boxing wise which is a given but honestly its not even an accurate way to compare the 2. people need to leave their boxing politics at the door and start supporting showtime for putting on great cards. Come to think of it what are some of hbos recent fights that had 2 known names not on ppv? i guess walter lomo. but honestly there is not many pretty much any fight that is competitive or at least 2 known fighters is ppv or they just dont happen at all anymore on hbo. Hopefully boxing fans will start subscribing to showtime to show support for the fights they are putting together cause whether or not they end up being competitive or entertaining the fact is they are doing everything they can to put together dam good cards

I'd understand if it was linares, easter, crawford or even indongo but they want to kill loma/garcia because of that bs. Just like garcia/gamboa fight was killed before when gamboa was undefeated and relevant

and now linares is the only good option for lomachenko

according to mikey and robert linares is ducking mikey.... His promoter also wanted mikey to sign a long term deal with them just to fight linares down the line which mikey smartly declined.... Broner is a bigger star in america and worldwide than lomachenko, crawford or linares.... Cant blame mikey for taking the easiest fight for the most money...
