He should fight Khan next because he won't have any damage done to his face with Khan's pillow hands.

I think Brook is finished as an elite fighter. I don't think this is the type of injuries that a fighter can come back from and ever be the same. Just like when Pacquiao used Margarito eye for target practice and Margs eye from that point foward looks like a replica of Sammy Davis Jr. glass eye.

There are some ****** mofos on this forum. Brook's right eye that was surgically repaired held up just fine. He can get the same surgery on his left eye and it will be STRONGER than before it was broken.
I give some credit to Spence but he was LOSING the fight before Brook's eye socket bone went out on him.
Imagine if Brook had had no problems with his orbital bone, he most likely would've WON the fight. Let Brook go back to the same doctor who fixed up his right eye then he can come back and beat Spence in the rematch.

His future should be decided by his mental state. If he's going to end up afraid to take punches then boxing's not going to be his sport any more. He's still more than capable of being a world level fighter if he can put the injuries out of his mind, but I think we saw last night that he can't do that.

My guess is he takes some months away to recup from surgery, then returns at jr middleweight to test the waters. He's, what, 31? So IOW probably needed to move up before now. But anyway, if he gets the same surgery on this eye, there's really no reason to be concerned. Sports related orthopedics has made super human advances in recent years.

Biggest thing I noticed was Brooks' doctors name is Mohamed Ali! Kinda ironic. Brook is either gonna retire or come back being 25% robot, from all the metal. Anyhow it was a good showing for both men, but most especially our Errol Spence #bringingstrapback2USA, unscathed
