I wouldnt call Stivern legit as a top 10 level based on his 10 year resume and his limited reach and skillsets make it what should be a easy fight for most top 15 guys. I actually think Washington would defeat him the 18 fight novice is actually Wilders best opposition even in 5 rnds it went. Im also sure Washington after being in the Klitchko camp for the Joshua fight will be a different fighter now .
