I agree it is a circus act. At the end of the day they're negotiating a price to skim all gullible PPV UFC fans whom are a large part of the casual boxing enthusiasts. This bout gets made sooner the moment White realizes he's at the end stick of any negotiation for the sheer fact that this is a boxing match. UFC has no weight over this
