ive seen calderon fight a few times now and i just smell a weak chin
he dont have that style of fighting for nothing
i like to see ivan first against eagle ...

rodel has to go back win and some more fights before he can get another shot at the belts, unless eagle gives him a rematch..

I remember Lazcano's tough stand against Jose Luis Castillo, this guy is one tough hombre. A good quality sparmate, i must say, along with regular partners Magnifico Vazquez and Jose Armando Sta. Cruz.
just bumping the request if anybody has the video ...

      thanks in advance!

Pac might move up to 135lbs next year. This is good IMO.

Lazcano ain't too big for Pac. Pac sparred with James Toney and he handled it pretty well. In fact, Pac dropped Toney twice but I think the second knockdown was a slip.

its just sparring guys....in a real fight Lazcano would hit Pac so hard he would never get up. Lazcano is a very strong and exciting light welter.Did you guys see the Tackie fight?Has a great chin went 12 tough rounds with Castillo. That night Castillo was going for an early Ko and to his surprise Lazcano took and dished out punishment.Funny thing is Castillo fought 3 months after and Lazcano had to retire for a year. That is 1 of my favorite fights and I thought Castillo won a close decision.

this is Lazcano after that fight. You wont see anyone else do this to him any time soon.

pac can easily move up to lightweight he wont be as effective, but with his style who knows he may catch a lot of fighters off guard.

They're just kidding (I hope).....Lazcano, Castillo is not Pacman's league...they're just too big and too strong. He's a very good ideal sparring partner for Pac...that's all.

Yes, that's right. Pacman is awesome but 130 is the ceiling for him. He comes in at fights weighing 140. Castillo and Lazcano come in the ring at 155 and higher.

I don't want my boy Pac gettin' mauled by those guys.

Pac has repeatedly stated that he will not go up to 135. He knows his limits.

but he will probably soon, against his will inevitably, as his body will dictate it. he'll have a hard time losing weight as he gets older.
