Going into the Trout fight everyone expected a forward robotic Canelo. Instead they got Canelo the boxer who moved effectively and made Trout miss all night. It was such a shock to see, that Trouts corner had no plan b.

That's what people are overlooking. Canelo hasn't shown that he's the kind of fighter who can constantly bounce around and move for 12 rounds. He still has sit down on his punches.

People always fail when they try to describe Canelo because he doesn't fall into any single stereotype. He's got a lot of levels and is pretty versatile. If you think GG beats him, fair enough though.

Trout couldn't hold GGG's jock strap. Plus, Trout has a basic arsenal, not quick, and doesn't really throw combinations or apply pressure.

Kell uses small lateral steps with upperbody movement to stay at his range, it's all about technique and skill, not fast feet. You also used the term 'run', Kell doesn't run.

watch this fight from the 7th round on. LMAO. Canelo has 0 footspeed. Angulo was beating his ass then Tony Weeks pulled the plug on the fight when Canelo lands 1 punch after taking a flush combo. made no sense. Canelo looked clueless against a spent slow Angulo.
